This will be a gentle, relaxed and deeply fulfilling day where you can truly be yourself, learning new skills to take into your every day life that will help you deal with stress, anxiety, worry and fear. Cost is 65 euro per person. Bring a yoga mat/sleeping bag to lay on as some of the workshop we will be laying down for deep rest and relaxation, bring also a pen and notebook.
Lunch is from 1pm to 2.15pm (there is a nearby hotel to eat in or to grab a sandwich nearby shops) Teas & Coffess will be provided at the workshop.
