Over this beautiful weekend, we will reconnect to our inner joy, power, and soul essence, awakening the light that lives within us all. Together, we’ll create space for laughter, reflection, and renewal - returning once again to the heart of who we truly are.
As the seasons turn and the Earth begins to awaken once more, we are invited to return inward, to reconnect with the light and joy that live within.
Our Return to the Heart Retreat is a sacred space to come home to yourself, to remember who you truly are beneath the noise of everyday life, and to rekindle your connection to your soul’s wisdom.
Over this nurturing weekend, we will gently explore the path back to the heart through a blend of guided meditations, creative soul expression, energy awareness practices, sound healing, and intuitive journaling. We will have time for relaxation, mindful walks in Nature, with delicious and nourishing food and chats.
Each experience is designed to help you soften into presence , to awaken your intuition, express your truth, and align with the flow of your own divine energy.
Through Reiki-infused healing spaces, we will deepen our connection to spirit and to the loving guidance that always surrounds us.
As we gather in community, laughter, stillness, and inspiration will weave together, reminding us that joy and connection are natural states of being when we live from the heart.

With over 17 years of experience holding sacred space for others, Sharon Fitzmaurice is an Intuitive Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Author, Meditation Facilitator and Podcast Host. Since 2008, she has been guiding individuals and groups on transformational journeys of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual awakening.
Sharon’s compassionate presence creates a safe and nurturing environment where participants can open their hearts, reconnect to their true essence, and experience deep emotional and energetic healing. Her retreats are a blend of ancient wisdom, intuitive guidance, and joyful self-expression - always reminding us that when we return to the heart, we return home to ourselves.
Sound Bath Healing with Norah Coyne
We are delighted to welcome Norah Coyne once again to our Return to the Heart Retreat, where she will guide us through a deeply restorative Sound Bath Healing experience.
Norah is a gifted Healing Intuitive, Sacred Sound Healer, Tarot Reader, Author, Speaker, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Divine Feminine Goddess Circle Facilitator, Life Skills Consultant, and Empowerment and Healing Workshop Facilitator.
Through the vibration of sacred sound and her compassionate heart, Norah creates a space of deep peace and energetic realignment — allowing you to release, restore, and reconnect with your own divine essence.
