Through a series of practical exercises and spiritual teachings, attendees will explore their potential as conscious channels, learning to receive and interpret messages from their higher self, angels, and spirit guides.

Angel Card Creation & Guidance 

Activity: Guided meditation to connect with personal angels.

Exercise: Creating personalised Angel Cards using art supplies.

Reflection: Drawing messages from the cards created and sharing insights.

Psychometry Readings 

Introduction: Understanding psychometry and its uses in channeling.

Exercise: Partner work to practice psychometry by reading the energy of objects.

Aura Readings 

Introduction: Understanding the human aura and its layers.

Activity: 

Techniques for seeing and sensing auras.

Exercise: Partner activity to practice reading and interpreting auras.

Automatic Writing 

Introduction: The process of automatic writing as a channeling tool.

Exercise: Guided meditation followed by a session of automatic writing.

Reflection: Sharing and discussing the messages received.
