The group will be facilitated live by Sharon through Zoom starting at 7.30pm each week for an hour and a half approx. The classes will be recorded and put onto a private facebook for the group afterwards- so you can re-use the meditations afterwards. This circle is a place you can all connect and share your experiences with each other freely.
