Awakening with Spring Weekend Retreat

We have seen the Winter months through and the rhythm of our lives changed, we have spent more time inside savouring the warmth. We relished the chance to slow down and to have some solitude. Now it is time to awaken to the beautiful bright days of Spring.

In this weekend retreat, Sharon will guide and support you to awaken your spirit to new growth and self-love. We will work together to bring out the best in each other, focusing on what creates the most light in your life whilst allowing ourselves to realise that the shadows of our past actually shaped or influenced us in learning who we now are.

We will do this through meditation, shared healing and support. Creative self awareness, building trust in our abilities and self-development.

Weekend will be held in the beautiful Boghill Centre in Kilfenora, Co. Clare, it is a place to nurture your mind, body and soul as you steep yourself in the natural surroundings and coming back to basics. The wholesome vegetarian home cooked meals and amazing people that run this centre will create a home from home atmosphere where you will relax from the moment you arrive. This will be Sharon’s 22nd retreat held in the centre.

Accommodation is shared dorm styled rooms, there are 8 private rooms, 4 x singles and 4 x twins, there is a supplement of 24 euro per person if you wish to book a private room. This must be done when paying deposit.

All meals, accommodation and workshops are included in the cost of 275 euro. Deposit of 100 euro must be paid in advance to book your place. Limited spaces. Refunds are non refundable or transferable.

This weekend is a place to feel comfortable and relaxed, dress accordingly, bring sleeping bag and cushion for workshops as we lay down for some of the healing meditations. Bring your own towel and toiletries. All bedrooms have duvets, pillows and sheets.

Bring with you a pen, notebook and colouring pencils for the workshops and journaling.

We gather in the sitting room space every evening to relax by the open fire and chat, you may bring refreshments and treats if you wish. Alcohol is permitted but please drink sensibly.
